Cheryl Del Bel

Cheryl Del Bel has a rich educational background, holding a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manitoba, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the University of Sunderland, and dual Master's degrees in Education—one in International Education, Leadership and Management from the University of Sunderland and the other in Special Educational Needs and Inclusion from the University of Northampton.

 Cheryl has dedicated over 20 years to the field of education, working as a teacher's aide, classroom teacher, head teacher, and head of school. Her extensive experience spans early years and special needs education in both Canada and Asia, with over two decades at international schools in Bangkok.

Personal Reflections

"Education is a lifelong process of transformation, and good educators are both continual and active learners and instillers of that love of learning and of change in their students. I have worked in the field of education for over 20 years and I can honestly say that every year has brought something different. Each year offers new opportunities to experience and learn. Birth to age 6 is a period of rapid growth and development unlike any other period in a child’s life and to be able to observe children as they move through the various developmental stages is magical. I truly feel like I have the best job in the world!"
