This strips out the restrictive physical intervention present in the standard 5 day Train the Trainer Foundation Programme.

Designed for organisations who don’t require restraint training or who are currently happy with their RPI provider but wish to improve staff knowledge and skills in relation to behaviour support.

Successful delegates will leave being able to cascade the theory elements of the one and two day practitioner courses across the school staff team.

Please note that the in house instructor is licensed to cascade training only to the contracting school. It is not transferable to any other school should they take up employment elsewhere.

Should an in house instructor leave the school within 12 months of qualifying we will train a replacement at the cost of a refresher (in effect a 50% discount).

Schools that invest in this programme will also receive continued support from Safe Schools and annual quality assurance visits from one of our Principal Instructors.

If you currently source this training from a different provider and wish to convert to Safe Schools, you will receive a 50% discount per delegate.
